The Strategic Workplan is designed to serve as a guide for the successful management of your Loss Control Program. It reflects, at minimum, those activities & goals that you have determined are key to the success of providing a safe workplace for your employees & aids in maintaining compliance with applicable OSHA compliance requirements.


Once recommendations (goals) have been identified by management, the Strategic Plan can be formulated. There will be goals that are administrative in nature & those which are technical or programmatic in nature. The above graphic depicts the Cultural & Administrative tracks & the Technical Compliance track. The Plan Development & Implementation Team Members will be determined by the track. Both tracks can be underway simultaneously, but the target dates & rate of progression my be faster for the compliance track, than the Cultural or Administrative tracks.
