Is ILC insured?
Yes

Can I share information I purchase from ILC?
Products purchased by the client from ILC are intended for the sole use of the client and can be used by employees of the client making the purchase.  No copies of any portion of the product (hard copy or electronic) may be provided to anyone not covered by the sales agreement between the client and ILC.  The product may only be used by the client whose name appears on the Registration Form. Any unauthorized distribution of any portion of this product is a violation of copyright laws. 

Must I have special software for ILC products?
No, ILC’s products have been created using Microsoft Office and allow purchasers to make changes as necessary, maintain spreadsheets, training records, insert company forms and have varying levels of security established by your company..

Should the client themselves make any alterations to the document or program(s) after receiving the document or program from ILC, the client accepts full responsibility for those changes. The client also accepts full responsibility for updating and maintaining the document or program as may be required by regulation and/or client policy.

The client always has the option to have ILC assit with updating and/or maintaining their products.

What geographical area does ILC work in?
ILC can provide service anywhere in the continental United States

How can I access ILC's Services?

• Project Basis Agreements - offer help on specific projects. ILC prides itself with teaching the client how to ‘wean’ themselves away from ILC and in many cases become an On-Call client after awhile.
  
• On-Call Agreements - offer those needing occasional support to request our help only when necessary .
  
• On-Going Agreements - ranging from one (1) to three (3) years with a set level of monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual support.
